The Model 92 was first advertised as simply the Vanguard. The fifth serial number run (7005001-7006000) is a run which consists of a very few Vanguards, Appleton Tracy's and Riversides. In the two photos below, note the difference in the marking "Appleton Tracy & Co.", the winding wheels and the star regulator.
